anger…
…is merely a reaction to an occurrence, despite popular beliefs that it’s raw emotion born of hatred and loathe. It’s a process that allows you to pinpoint the problem first and alert those involve that things have gotten way out of hand. And that’s all there is to it. There isn’t a point to start an argument, or lash out at people. It would only escalate unhappiness and make one look bad (not that it bothers a lot of people). Plus, you’ll never get an answer to solve anything in that state any ways.
The only way to effectively deal with it, is to process anger. After the initial signals that got you fired up, it’ll come to a realisation as it figures out the ebb and flow. It’s only then when it concludes with real emotions like disappointment, sadness and oddly…happiness sometimes.
People have been asking me for the longest time now, “Are you angry with them now that you’ve left?”
“No, i’m just disappointed.”
